All Groovin Wear and IAMC Products are made to order and take a few days to be created just for you. All orders are processed within 4–7 business days. Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

We offer free delivery for most purchases. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Women Who Woke ships to addresses within the US and Canada. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the package is lost in transit, please contact our support team at kimberly@womenwhowoke.org.
7. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
If the carrier cannot deliver the items because of a wrong address or the package is unclaimed, it will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs.
